Reunion Daily Agenda


Day 1: Friday 8/1/25

10:00 - 11:00am: Campus Tour coordinated by Carol Jones. If you signed up for this event during registration, meet at the Chico State sign in front of Kendall Hall. The tour begins at 10:00am, so please be on time so we do not leave without you! Dress comfortable and be sure to wear your walking shoes.

4:00pm: Check-in to your hotel and get settled in for the weekend. You can also stop by the Hotel Diamond to take some pictures at the social media Photo Backdrop in the lobby. There is no Club Zeta in the basement this year.

5:00 - 8:00pm: The Friday Night Event is held at Parkside Taphouse (115 W 3rd St, Chico, CA 95928). This event requires a ticket to attend. If you are feeling fun, you can dress from your era (ex: 70's, 80's, 90's, 00's). Otherwise, you can wear something casual and comfortable, but be prepared for the heat!

Burger Bar Ticket - $25.​ Your Burger Bar ticket includes one regular hamburger with basic fixings and covers the cost of renting the patio for the event and incidentals.

Note: Burger Bar food will only be served until 7:00pm. If you arrive after 7pm and paid for a ticket, you can hang out but you will not receive your Burger Bar hamburger or a refund.

If you are a vegetarian, vegan or require specialty foods, you can purchase your own food through the restaurant and eat with the rest of your sisters. The Burger Bar ticket is for a regular hamburger only, no specialty items or substitutions.

Drinks are not included in ticket prices. You will be responsible for any drinks you want to purchase from the restaurant.

8:30pm - ?: Join your sisters in downtown Chico for an unofficial tour of favorite bars and restaurants. If you are not interested in going to the bars, you can find alternate things to do downtown on the Chico page.

Day 2: Saturday 8/2/25

10:00am - 2:00pm: The 50th Strawberry Sisterhood Celebration Luncheon is held at CARD Center - Lakeside (545 Vallombrosa Ave, Chico, CA 95926). This event requires a ticket to attend. Dress code for the luncheon is badge attire (ex: dress, jumpsuit, slacks & blouse, etc). Don't forget to wear your badge and any other special Zeta accessories you may have such as a Honor Ring, 25 member pin, etc. ​

Ticket pricing includes catered lunch, non-alcoholic drink, rental of luncheon location on Fri & Sat, photographer, bartender, linens, luncheon decor, picture backdrops, favors, gifts, name tags, programs, prep supplies, website, outreach, etc.

Don't forget to bring your checkbook or cash so you can purchase raffle tickets at the luncheon! All raffle proceeds go towards Theta Alpha funded scholarships. ​

3:00 - 6:00: Free time to spend time with sisters or explore Chico. If you need ideas of things to do downtown, visit the Chico page.

6:30 - 8:00pm: The Saturday Night Event is held at Madison Bear Garden (316 W 2nd St, Chico, CA 95928). This event does NOT require a ticket. Meet on the back patio for an informal kickoff to the evening. Wear something casual and comfortable, but be prepared for the heat!

Day 3: Sunday 8/3/25
​Note: There are no planned events on Sunday. Hotel Diamond is not offering breakfast to non-hotel guests, so we are not able to host our normal going away breakfast.
