It takes many hands and hearts to create a memorable reunion, and we'd love to have you be part of it! The 2028 Theta Alpha Reunion Committee will be a smaller, focused team of sisters working together to bring our weekend to life. Whether you enjoy brainstorming creative ideas, organizing details, making guests feel welcome, or helping with setup/breakdown, there are many ways to get involved.
Two Ways to Volunteer
👑 Planning Committee 👑
Planning begins in 2027. These roles require an ongoing commitment throughout the planning process. We are looking for sisters who can participate over the long term and help with:

Event planning and coordination

Brainstorming ideas, activities, special events, etc.

Working with vendors, venues, contracts and logistics

Communication, marketing, social media, website, etc.

Fundraising, raffle, etc.

Can't commit to long-term planning? We'd still love your help. Whether you have a few hours or the entire weekend, every helping hand makes a difference. We are looking for sisters who can participate leading up to and the weekend of the reunion with:

Setup and breakdown of events

Decorating and creating special touches

Hospitality, registration, answering questions, etc.

Running errands

Leading activities and events

Serving as Era Liaisons

Supporting committee members throughout the weekend with various tasks

Once you have completed the form, click the Submit button at the bottom of the page. Your information will be sent directly to the Reunion Co-Chairs for review.
What Happens Next?
Applications will be reviewed by the Reunion Co-Chairs. Planning meetings will begin in 2027, and sisters selected to serve on the committee will be contacted prior to the first planning meeting. Our goal is to create a fun, collaborative experience with clearly defined roles and manageable time commitments. No matter how you choose to serve, your participation helps make this reunion a celebration of the sisterhood we all cherish. We hope you will join us! Together we will create a reunion filled with laughter, memories, and plenty of Zeta spirit.
